Willie Elmer Fletcher Jr., age 66, of Big Sandy, Tn., passed away on May 15, 2019 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital in Jackson TN., Tn. Mr. Fletcher was born on August 5, 1952 in Humphreys County, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Fletcher Sr. and Patricia Cunningham Fletcher, his son Michael Lynn Fletcher and his brother Poochie Fletcher. He was a member of Big Sandy First Baptist Church.
