Wendell Calvin Forester

Wendell Calvin Forester,79, of Big Sandy, TN. passed away on April 21, 2023 at his residence. Mr. Forester was born on October 14, 1943 in Cross Co, AR to the late Ralph Forester and Minnie O’Neal Forester. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Jerry Forester and Gene Forester. Mr. Forester was a retired farmer and businessman, owning and operating, for many years, the Good Scents Company. He was an avid hunter, loved his dogs, and loved to sing. He was greatly committed to God.

Survived by wife, Maggie Bingham Forester of Big Sandy, TN; sons Matthew Forester of Gillett, AR,                                                                                                             Burke (Angie) Forester of Memphis, TN, Paul (Sherry) Forester of  Bowling Green, KY; daughter, Wendy (Joe) McIntosh of Canada; brothers, Tom (Elka) Forester of Memphis, TN, Jim (Shirley) Forester of Memphis, TN, Mark (Gwen) Forester of Mountain Home AR, Stanley (Angie) Forester of Florida; sister, Margaret and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 2 PM at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Big Sandy, TN with Bro. Joey Simmons and Bro. Mike Ross officiating.
