Victoria Jean Scarbrough

Victoria Jean Scarbrough, age 76, of Big Sandy, TN passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at AHC Paris, TN. Mrs. Scarbrough was born on November 5, 1947 in Concord, NH to the late Paul Roland Welch and the late Isabella Helen Evelyn Gray Welch. She was also preceded by her husband, James Douglas Scarbrough; brother, Alexander Paul Welch; and sister, Barbara Heather Carkin. Mrs. Scarbrough was retired from PSCU as a Case Manager. She loved her special companions, Monty and Molly.
