Victor Albert Billings

Mr. Victor Albert Billings, age 71 of Big Sandy, TN passed away on June 14, 2020 at Plumbley Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Billings was born on December 24, 1948 in Ogdensburg, NY to the late Albert Billings and Eva Gardner Billings. He was also preceded in death by a brother Jerry Miller. Mr. Billings was a retired machinist with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, a member of Big Sandy VFW and American Legion. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross while serving in Vietnam.

Grandchildren: Mathew, Carl, Jakob, Logan, Trent

Special Friend: Pamela Brashier of Big Sandy, TN
