Stephanie Ann Crutchfield, 46 of Camden, TN. passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. Mrs. Crutchfield was born on July 25, 1976 in Camden, TN. She was Assistant Manager at Wal-Mart and Baptist in faith.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Stockdale-Malin Chapel in Camden with Bro. Sammy Douglas officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
