Raymond Lawrence Mossing

Mr. Raymond Lawrence Mossing, age 97, of Camden, TN., passed away on March 29, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Mossing was born on June 27, 1922 in Fulton County, Ohio and raised in Adrian, MI.  to the late Edward L. Mossing and Hazel Smalley Mossing. He was preceded in death by his wife Dolores Tunney Mossing, brother Edward Mossing and sister Vivian Mull. Mr. Mossing was a Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy, member of SAE Frat at Penn State, Navy Supply Corps Retirees Assoc., USS Waldron Alumni Assoc., ASNTS Bainbridge Alumni Assoc., a retired stockbroker with Dean Witter and a tax auditor with the Tennessee Department of Employment. He was also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Daughters: Patricia Douglas of Camden, TN.

                 Linda (David) McCorkendale of Hollister, MO.

Grandchildren: Allan (Amber) Douglas, Jason Douglas, Bonnie (Parker) Batey, Sara McCorkendale, James (Dawn) McCorkendale, Kelley McCorkendale

Great Grandchildren: Will, Pete, Jack, Ansley, Benton, Grace, Denver, Keaton, River, Weston

Nieces: Mary Ann, Betsy Jo, Melissa

Private graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2020. Burial will be at Camden City Cemetery.
