Joe Willard Collins

Mr. Joe Collins, Sr., age 81, of Big Sandy, TN passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at this residence.  He was born on March 24, 1940, in Jackson, TN, to the late Elbert Collins and Wilma Helton Collins, also preceded in death by his wife, Linda Wilson Collins; a daughter, Kimberly Dawn Collins; a brother, Richard Collins; and a sister, Mildred Coleman.  Mr. Collins was a deacon at New Beginnings Church in Big Sandy, TN, a retired fireman with Jackson Fire Department and United States Air Force Veteran.
