Jerry Dale Bates

Jerry Dale Bates, 75, of Paris, TN passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Mr. Bates was born on July 6, 1946 in Camden, TN to the late Walter Bates and Mary Cooper Bates. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Sue Nolan. Mr. Bates was a retired truck driver with Houston Trucking Co. He was also a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

         Justin (Angela) Bates of Camden, TN

Brothers: Jimmy (Felicia) Bates of Paris, TN

               Johnny Bates of Puryear, TN

Grandchildren: Owen, Olivia, Addison, Kayla

Great Grandchild: Sophie

The family has chosen cremation services.  

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 2 PM at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Big Sandy, TN. with full Military Honors.
