Janet Sue Bates, age 65 of Jackson, TN passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Ms. Bates was born on March 2, 1954 in Detroit, MI. to the late Walter Bates and Marcelle Cooper Bates. She was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Bates. Ms Bates was a Homemaker
