J. D. Ross

Mr. J.D. Ross, age 87 of Big Sandy, TN passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Paris Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Mr. Ross was born on January 23, 1933 in OH to the late Earlie Ross and Nina Young Ross. He was also preceded in death by his wife Corene Evans Ross; son Lynn Ross; daughter Donna Corene Ross; brother Elbert Ross and grandson Michael Ross Jr.  Mr. Ross was a retired iron worker with the Iron Workers Union and a member of Big Sandy Masonic Lodge 754. He attended Mt. Carmel United Congregational Methodist Church and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

Daughter: Donna Jeanene (Ken) Wright of Big Sandy, TN

Grandchildren: Lindsey (Nick) Cobb, Brian (Jenna) Pierpoint, Cory (Crystal) Pierpoint, Vance Shelton

Great Grandchildren: Brycen, Zoey, Brayden, Trae, Jaden, Breely, Paige

Private Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Big Sandy with Bro. Joey Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
