Ginger Floyd Blackburn, age 76, of Camden, TN passed away peacefully on November 25, 2020, at Hendersonville Tristar Hospital after a brief illness. Ginger was born in Camden, TN on November 17, 1944, daughter of the late Troy Leland “Bunk” and Ellen Jordan Floyd. Ginger graduated from Camden Central High School in 1962. She retired from the Benton County Trustees Office in 2006, after many years of service. She was an active member of First Baptist Church in Camden and attended the Patterson-Hale Women’s Missionary Group and her ladies book club, regularly. Ginger also enjoyed reading, shopping, and car rides with Fancy, the dog.

Husband: Bradley Norman Blackburn of Camden, TN
Daughters: Julie (Chuck) Hilliard of Camden, TN
Jill (Justin) Williams of Jackson, TN
Grandchildren: Porter Bradley and Lynlee Grace Williams who were the light of her life.
There will be a graveside service at 2:30 PM, Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the Camden City Cemetery with Bro. Steve Whitworth officiating.
The family is requesting masks be worn as well as social distancing at the cemetery.
Donations can be made in Ginger’s memory to the First Baptist Church Brooks/Bishop Library, the Patterson-Hale Mission Group, or to FUEL.
