Elaine Alta Hernandez, age 62, of Big Sandy, TN passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at her residence. Mrs. Hernandez was born on September 24, 1961 in Lansing, MI to the late William Norton and the late Joan Secor Norton. She was retired from General Motors in Lansing, MI with over 25 years of service.
