David Wayne Craig, 84 of Springville, TN passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at his home surrounded by his family. Wayne was born on December 9, 1939, in Henry County, TN to the late Paige Craig and the late Virgie Goforth Craig. He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Doherty.

Wayne loved his family deeply. He was generous and loving to his friends and neighbors. Wayne was retired from Contracting and Trucking. He was a longtime member of the Masons and a Shriner. He had a passion for horses and the outdoors. Wayne was also a member of McDavid Grove Baptist Church, Springville, TN.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sandra Craig of Springville, TN. His sons, Kevin Craig and spouse Dawn, of Big Sandy, TN, Ricky Craig and spouse Michelle, of Springville, TN, Paige Craig and spouse Donna, of Springville, TN, John Craig and spouse Carla, of Longview, TX. His Daughters, Rhonda Clement and spouse John, of Big Sandy, TN, Robin Barker and spouse Clif, of Springville, TN, Betsy Caswell and spouse Tyron, of Fort Worth, TX, Angela Kopesec and spouse Michael, of Canton, TX, and Amy Owen, of Red Oak, TX. His sisters, Polly Bell of Cincinnati, OH, Betty Wimberly and spouse Robert, of Paris, TN. He’s also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 12:00-4:00PM and Funeral service at 4:00PM at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home, Big Sandy, TN.
