John Newell Clement, Jr
November 22, 1931 — August 3, 2014
Mr. Clement graduated from Big Sandy High School in 1950. He soon joined the U. S. Navy and served aboard ship in Japan and Korea. He and his brother, Jim, were on the same ship, USS League Island for about 2 years. After the Navy he went to Detroit, MI to live and work. He worked for General Motors in the Engineering Department for 30 years before retiring. He was a member of New Life Christian Church.
