Sammy Wade Douglas, age 62, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016 at his residence in New Johnsonville, Tn. He was born May 27, 1953 to the late Nuburn Douglas and Louise Fowler Douglas in Camden, Tn.He was a retired Industrial Electrician at Dupont and a member of Crossroad Baptist Church.Graveside Services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 2:00pm at Crossroads Cemetery in Camden, Tn with Bro.
