She was born October 20, 1934 to the late Homer Monroe and Ester Ross Monroe.Graveside Service will be held Wedneday, December 28, 2016 at 2:00 PM at MCRaes Chapel Cemetery in Big Sandy, Tn with Bro. Ken Zike officiating.Survivors include:Sisters: Vivian Scaggs, Julia Martin, Darbara Hayes, Doris Huffman.
