Wayne "Shades" Farris

Mr. Wayne"Shades"Farris, age 70 of Big Sandy, TN passed away on January 12, 2017 at Henry County Hospital in Paris, TN. He was born August 28, 1946 to the late Early Lee Farris and Savannah McClain Farris in Big Sandy, TN.He was, also preceded by two brothers: Larry Farris and Charles Farris. He was of Methodist Faith, he enjoyed hunting and raising hunting dogs and enjoyed fishing with his brother.Survivors include:Brother: Jerry(Kathy)Farris of Big Sandy, TNSister: Martha Kimbel of Paris, TN.Nieces & Nephews: Kevin Farris of Franklin, Chris Flowers of Humboldt, TN, Marsha Carlton of Paris, TN.Funeral Services will be Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 2:00PM at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Big Sandy, TN with Bro. Gary Greer officiating. Burial will follow at McRaes Chapel Cemetery in Big Sandy, TN.Visitation with the Farris family will be Saturday, January 14, 2017 4:30 PM until 8:00PM.In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Stockdale Funeral Home for funeral services.
