Billa Jean Flowers

Mrs. Billa Jean Flowers, age 85 of Big Sandy, TN passed away on February 26, 2017 at Baptist Hospital in Huntingdon. Mrs Flowers was born May 20, 1931 in Benton County to the late John French and Audrey Herrin French.
