Pauline Greer

Ms. Pauline Greer, age 95 of Big Sandy, TN passed away July 18, 2017 at Henry county Healthcare in Paris, TN. Ms. Greer was born November 7, 1921 to the late Ballard Greer and Laura Roney Greer in Big Sandy, TN. She was, also preceded by a brother: Gene Ballard Greer, a sister: Mary Beth Greer, uncle: James Fred Greer, two aunts: Nettie Pafford, Janie Herndon, nephew: John Ballard Bittner, brother-in-law: Arthur Bittner. Ms. Greer started working at Camp Tyson in Paris, TN until it closed. She, also worked at Milan Arsenal in Milan, TN-- then transferred to their facility in Huntsville, A. She , also worked at several locations during her career at TVA. She retired from TVA in Chattanooga, TN as a secretary. Ms. Pauline attended Big Sandy Presbyterian Church.Survived by:Nancy Bittner of Paris, TNServices will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Stockdale-Malin Chapel in Big Sandy, TN with Bro. Leonard Greer and Knox Dinwiddie officiating, Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.Visitation with the Greer family will be Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
