Rev. Billy Gene Arnold

Rev. Billy Gene Arnold, age 80 of Camden, TN passed away Monday, August 21, 2017 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN. He was born May 3, 1937 in Camden, TN to the late Hobie Arnold and Lilly Holland Arnold. He was preceded in death by a son: Billy James Arnold, brothers: Charles Arnold, Carnel Arnold, sister: Joan Ogle, a grandchild: PeytonArnold. Rev. Arnold was an Army Veteran, a member of Camden First United Pentecostal Church, he, also pastored and planted many churches in the Tennessee District.  He was a member of the operators Union Local 731 and was a retired crane operator for TVA.Survivors include:Wife; Betty Singleton Arnold of Camden, TNSons: Terry(Penny)Arnold of Chattanooga, TN         Donny(Penny)Arnold of Dickson, TNDaughters: Vicki Arnold of Camden, TN                 Debi(Bob)DePriest of Smithville, TNBrothers: Bobby(Doris Jo)Arnold of Camden, TN              John Dewey(Corinne)Arnold of Huntingdon, TNSisters: Carolyn Odom of Camden, TN            Judy(James)Bonds of Jackson, TN Seven GrandchildrenFive Great GrandchildrenFuneral Services for Rev. Arnold will be held Friday, August 25, 2017 2:00 PM at Camden First United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Ron Brown, Rev. Ron Becton and Rev. Marty Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Benton Memory Garden. Visitation with the Arnold family will be Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 10:00 AM until time of service at Camden First United Pentecostal Church.
