Gill Thomas Wright

Mr. Gill Thomas Wright, age 59 of Big Sandy, TN passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Wright was born June 11, 1958 in Camden, TN to the late Thomas "Tommy" Wright and Virginia Prince Wright. He was involved in law enforcement in Benton County, TN for over 34 years. He worked as City of Camden Police Dispatcher, Chief of Police for Big Sandy Police Department, served as Benton County Sheriff from 1998 until 2002 and was, also a member of Big Sandy Masonic Lodge. Survivors include:Wife: Debbie Williams Wright of Big Sandy, TNSon: Tommy(Erica)Wright of Camden, TNDaughters: Connie Wright of Camden, TN.                 Amy(Jamie)Leslie of Big Sandy, TN                 Sara Condeelis of Pleasant View, TNSister: Tammy(Steve)Douglas of Jackson, TNGrandchildren: Mason,Aubrey, Drue, Raven(Austin), Nathan, Ansleigh, LaneyNieces: Jennifer(Austin)Vandivort, Tabitha DouglasFuneral Services will be conducted Monday, October 16, 2017 2:00 PM in the chapel of Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Big Sandy, TN with Bro. Steve Douglas officiating. Interment will follow at Benton Memoryl Gardens. Visitation with the Wright family will be Sunday, October 15, 2017  from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 8:00 AM until service at 2:00 PM.Masonic Service will be held Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 7:00 PM
