Mr, Evans was born in Big Sandy, TN to the late Hurlie Evans and Marie Pinson Evans. Ken Zike officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Big Sandy, TN.  Visitation with the Evans family will be Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and resume on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 8:00 AM and continue until service.
