Mrs. Helen Anita Arnold went to be with our Lord on Monday, April 9, 2018. She was 93 years old. Helen was born October 4, 1924 in Camden, TN and resided there most of her life. She retired from 3M Company in Chicago in 1978 and returned to Camden after 27 years of employment. She passed in her home surrounded by loved ones.Helen had a very adventurous life. She enjoyed gardening, hunting, traveling and horses. It was not unusual for her to spend her days in her garden where she grew vegetables and beautiful flowers to share with her family and friends. She won the Camden Beautification award several times for her hard work in her yard. She loved her family very much.Helen is survived by her sister: Ruth Singer(Marty), brother: Milburn Hatley(Ann), sister-in-law Lucille Hatley and several nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her husband: Bob Arnold, father: Wesley Hatley, mother: Myrtle Mae Hatley, sister: Marie Bates, brother: Ray Hatley, niece: Darla Cole, nephews: Danny French, Clyde Tippett and her beloved poodle Pepe.The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Reba Cunningham, Cricket McCartney, Vanessa Huddleston and Bill McCartney for loving and caring for Helen for many years. Visitation with the Arnold family will be held Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 11:00 AM until 2:45 PM at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Camden. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, April 12 2018 at 3:00 PM at Camden City Cemetery.
