Mr. Andrews was born August 22, 1958 in Joliet, IL to the late Noel Andrews and Johnnie Helen Phifer Andrews.Survivors include:Brother: Danny Andrews of Wilmington, ILAunt: Joyce PhiferCousins: Mike Phifer, R.A. Phifer, Chris PhiferGraveside Services will be held Monday, April 23, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Flatwoods Cemetery in Camden, TN. with Bro. Leonard Greer officiating. Visitation with the Andrews family will be Monday, April 23, 2018 from 11:00 AM--12:30 PM at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Camden, TN.
